Risks are low but can include temporary soreness, increased pain, or rare serious complications. Contraindications include certain fractures, severe osteoporosis, uncontrolled bleeding disorders, some inflammatory conditions, and unstable neurological signs. Full medical history and exams help identify these.
What should I expect after an adjustment?
Many people feel immediate improvement in mobility or pain relief. Others notice gradual changes over days. Temporary soreness or fatigue can occur. We give home-care instructions such as ice/heat, exercises, stretches, posture tips, or activity modifications.
