During your first visit with Dr. Shilpa, you will discuss your healthcare needs with her. She will evaluate your musculoskeletal health and help you develop a healthcare treatment plan to achieve your goals.
If you have X-rays, MRIs or physician reports pertaining to your current condition, please bring them with you as it will be beneficial during your initial evaluation.
Our office offers a variety of treatments that help your body heal faster, move better and most importantly, function better! Along with your Chiropractic adjustment, we offer massage therapy, and a wide variety of physiotherapy.
Please fill out the new patient paperwork and bring it with you on your visit, along with your insurance card and a valid ID.
